If Reggie Brown could develop into a legit #1 WR, the Eagles will finally be set at the WR position without having to sign a nutcase to do so.

I dont care what people say about the Freak being Skinny, look at him
At the risk of sounding like Spads, jesus christ man, friggin ripped

the scary part is him and his agonizing faces when he gets a cramp or some other minor injury. he makes it look like he just lost an arm.

i hate when they say precautionary measures, cuz it always seems to be more than that later

The obviousness of mussa's comment aside, I couldn't agree more.

Think of it this way:  No Andrews means Scott Young starts.

I have to believe they'd put MJG in at this point. From what I've read, seen, and been told MJG has been a beast in camps. It would suck balls if Andrews missed any meanignful time, only more with Young replacing him.

EAGLES NOTEBOOK. Guard notices some of himself in second-year lineman Jean-Gilles.

The Express-Times
BETHLEHEM | Every time relatively slender Eagles guard Shawn Andrews looks at fellow guard Max Jean-Gilles, he sees a former vision of himself.

Andrews believes Jean-Gilles, drafted in the fourth round out of Georgia last year, is following almost the exact career path as he did after entering the league in 2004. He can't help but like what he's seeing.

"I always heard his name thrown around," Andrews said, "and there were always comparisons between myself and Max back in college. ... I see a lot of similarities there. It's kind of like an out-of-body experience seeing him and knowing that we have so much in common."

Like Andrews was heading into his second year, Jean-Gilles, listed at 6-foot-3 and 358 pounds, is still trying to get his body right. Translation: more salads, less of everything else.

But his upside is tremendous.

"When he puts everything together, it's going to be scary," Andrews said. "It's going to be very, very scary. He's going to be a force to be reckoned with, I can guarantee you that."

Andrews, meanwhile, hasn't been lighter than his current 336 pounds since high school.

"The sky's the limit for me now," he said. "All I have to do is polish my technique, get fundamentally sound, and it's on."
"The very existence of flamethrowers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.""  R.I.P George.

Westbrook was allowed to leave camp for personal reasons and it sounds like he won't be back, this is according to Brookover's video blog

Westbrook and Andrews are nonessential pieces of the plan.  Let's see more Billy Sampy.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds
