2 days ago HBO was running a 20% off all Wire merchandise promo. I picked up a  t-shirt. Box sets were included.

doesnt hbo just jack up the prices then put them on 20% off...like 20% off there isnt the same as 20% off on amazon for example

Box set was $249.99 regulary, so it would have been $200 with the 20% off code. You could probably find all 5 seasons on amazon for $100-$150.

one thing idont like about the box set is each disc goes into a paper sleeve.  The set itself is nice, i just worry about the discs getting scratched sliding on the paper
