It would be sweet if they do like last year to an extent, get the guy they like in the first (Merriweather, Nelson, WR,) and the trade up right quick to grab Branch if he drops out of the first. Then the guy in the first round can be invisible, and the guy from the second can "keep coming along...." Roxor.

I'm hoping Beason lasts at least until the Pats... because that will assure that either him, Merriweather or Nelson will still be there when we pick.

Yeah the Eagles should not stand pat. They need to move up and get one of these guys because they could all be gone by the time they pick.

If he's the highest player on the board, they have to take him. Regardless of what positions they have drafted in the past. Like when DET took Johnson...despite taking WRs like crazy, they took BPA.
