If it was 1-0 or 2-0 I could see it.  At 6-0, and just coming off the injury, I'd sit Hamels down at this point.

To tell you the truth, at 6-0, I would have pinch-hit in any situation.

This game is fairly comfortable (yes, I know it's still the Phils' bullpen), and Hamels is a huge part of the future as well as the present.

I know Cholly's going for the jugular, but with Hamels still just a couple of starts out of injury, I would imagine the Phils would want to me more careful.

He is still dealing, though.

Exactly.  A big win and being able to give Flash, Romero and Wifebeater the night off would be huge.

And Hamels is incredible tonight.  Just don't bring him out in the 9th, Cholly.  Please.
