Rome

The first thing I noticed is that they don't play the Marlins until May 30th but by then they'll have already played the entire season series against the Giants.

:-D

Yeah - it's strange that someone who lives in Florida would look to see when the Phillies play there.

So phreak, you and Ed Wade gonna be roomies?

Ha..shtein no, man. I'm going to point and laugh hysterically at the Astros fans who now have to listen to that walking box of cliches.

I heard a few clips of his PC on CSN and it enraged me because the guy says the same shtein as he did here. That's one reason why Amaro irks me, other than him being a pompous prick is the Ed Wadeisms. Like "we've got to get to the finish line"...dude, shut the farg up and die.

Let's just pray to god that Pittsburgh hires Amaro so he isn't the guy to replace our dumbass GM when he rolls. Drayton McClane reportedly wanted Amaro but Tal Smith wanted Wade in HOU.

Following the game here after the fact is way better than actually watching or checking for a recap.

Yeah, I had to get to bed early last night (too many evenings of going to bed at midnight and getting up at 5), so I went to bed with the Phils down 6-2.

GREAT to get up and see that they managed to pull it off!

Not so much the fact that you looked when Florida plays but that you happened to notice that the Phils close out their season series with the Giants before opening it with the fishies.

The home plate umpire has a tiny strike zone.

Eventually, this will probably be a high scoring game.  He's not giving anything at the knees.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Is there any way Adam Eaton can contract AIDS in the next 15 minutes? Please?
