they dont even fawn cause everyone in the stadium is 50 and older...they no matter what go CRAZY for a cardinal good play...regardless of the score....they didnt even boo encarcion on that hideous play earlier

also joe buck on cardinal broadcasts is so much better than the fox games...like a different announcer...very good stuff

They were good enough for Joe Buck to speak of Howard "robbing" a guy of a hit, but not good enough for igy, I suppose.

Yes, he's a butcher, but he did make a few nice plays tonight.  Not just for Ryan Howard- for anyone.

You seem to be reluctant to give him the least bit of credit for anything.  Again, I agree that his fielding is usually atrocious.  He made several good plays tonight, once saving at least one run, and you can't even seem to acknowledge it.

They may not be ESPN "plays of the week," but to just blow them off as routine isn't fair to Howard. Again, they were good plays for any first baseman.
