FWIW my uncles best friend is Rowands neighbor, says rowand is the best neighbor you could ever have.  Rowand loves it here, loves his house/the area/the fans.  That said,  :deion C.R.E.A.M. :deion

Doesn't he live in that big ass neighborhood they just built up next to Regal and Concord High School?
yep...

Apparently Sheldon Brown was shopping in that neighborhood too. The houses are farging huge, not one house has less then a 3 car garage, most of them 4 car garages.

TO shopped there too back before he was a douche.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Eaglez

The Phils made a good deal with Taguchi giving up practically nothing for a good rental player. Hopefully the Phils don't feel like they have to balance it out by getting ripped off via their own stupidity in a subsequent trade.

I read a rumor on another board that suggested Coste for Ensberg.  I like Ensberg more than Helms but I can't see why Houston would want Coste.  They already have Ausmus and two decent backups in Munson & Quintero.

They can still trade him during the 10-day period, PG.  They can trade him, release him or assign him to the minors.  I doubt it's the latter, though.  Read on...

QuoteThe Houston Astros designated Morgan Ensberg for assignment on Sunday morning, meaning the team has 10 days to trade, release or send the third baseman to the Minor Leagues.

"As we just told Morgan, it's not our intention to send him to the Minor Leagues at this stage," Astros general manager Tim Purpura said. "It's not an option I think for him or us. So we'll try to see if we can make a trade for him and give him another opportunity elsewhere."
