I loved these cards. The only things cooler than them were the ones from the year before with the wood border.

i was never a huge baseball card guy but i did love that year with the wood panneling

A lot of people hate the wood panelling but it was classic IMHO. I'm a fan of the hated yellow '91 Fleers too.

wasnt a comparison it was a contrast...same way when tom harkin ate at the blue duck tavern in georgetown a few years ago and it immediately sold out for months...but i guess tom harkin is huge draw too
