mussa came the closest.  It was Mikell.  I found a video of it on a DVD I have of 2004 videos, but now I have a new problem.  If I try to "print screen" of the video to get a picture, all I get is a black screen.  I tried removing the overlays from WMP, but still can't get a screen capture.

Any ideas?
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

mussa

yea thats right. demon you might have to resave the dvd to a diff. file format to get the screen shot. im not sure though...

Closest thing I could find was Lewis standing over a dead Packer:

We'll see a lot of that this year with our SS, only he'll be the one limp on the ground, and the WR will be taunting him.

Ha. You're talking out of your ass.

For Considine, the improvement comes in a physical sense. He moves well, he sees the ball, he reads well and he knows the scheme well. But Considine needs strength. He needs to bulk up and become more stout and tackle better.

If he can make that kind of improvement, Considine has a chance to dramatically improve his role in the defense. He knew it last year. He knew how challenging the physical demands of the defense and of the NFL were for him.

I'm guessing we will see a more stocky Considine in the spring. I'm certain he has been in the weight room, building his body for the long grind of the season. Let's see what kind of difference it makes in his game

Everyone knows how excellent an evaluator Spads is. The man spits troof.

Considine and Bunkley will be virtually impossible to tell apart.

ice grillin you

considine is one of those players who is so awful at one part of the game (tackling/stopping the run in this case) that people are tricked into believing he is real strong at the other part of the game (pass coverage)

dont get it twisted tho considine isnt especially good at either

I love how in one offseason Considine is going to 'bulk up'. Unless he takes a helper (steroid, pro-hormone) the most he'll gain is 5 lbs. of muscle, and considering his thin frame thats being generous.

Does anyone remember the open field tackle he had on either Jones or Barber in the first Dallas game? That was his tackling highlight reel.

PhillyPhanInDC

I remember he had a nice open field tackle on Mike Vick, but that's about it....

I like Considine, he came in last year and played way over my expectations. He's a hard hitter and IS better coverage guy than Lewis.  That being said I wouldn't mind them bring in another SS to compete, via draft or FA.

A picture is worth 1000 words.  Or, in this case, 3 pictures and a whole story.

Well, it's a good thing they re-signed Mikell.

Not only that, but I think his coverage "abilities" were blown out of proportion because of how bad Lewis had been in the previous weeks before getting benched.

absolutely sarge....thats something i brought up during the season

Both Sheldon Brown and Considine had a lot of *almost* coverages last year, where a receiver beat them deep, but it looked more like a speed/athleticism issue than a mental mistake.... whereas when Lewis blew coverages, he meant business about it and usually wasn't even in the camera shot.

The net result is the same - big gainers and TD's.
