Good game Chuck. I think I caught you napping and swiped your queen. You held out pretty good...I thought I had played myself out of the advantage there for a while.

One victim left...Eagaholic...which I'm 0-3 against.   >:(

The way I'm playing our current match, you may soon have a :CF victory.

Sargie is actually putting a little more thought into his moves these past few games. I actually have to start looking at what I'm doing when playing against him instead of the usual. Playing with my eyes closed.

Yeah, I still have a long ways to go but I've definately come along way in a fairly short amount of time.  I think I've played about 25 games online now against you guys and I seriously doubt I had played that many games of chess in my life before.

We shall see.  I still suck at closing a game out.  I had Chuggie on the ropes in our last game and still couldn't put him away.

I finally notched my first victory against a :CF opponent.  Congrats on being my bitch, Chugster.

Eagaholic

I thought I'd look at a few games of a highly rated player, maybe someone to emulate. So I picked a country at random (Germany) and clicked on the highest rated player on the page. Holy shtein, I couldn't believe it. This dude, who goes by BlackBuck and is rated 2157, has farging 78 games in progress. And he makes multiple moves a day.  DAMN     hurt my brain just thinking about that.

Then his profile said he loves the music of ABBA and John Denver. DAMN, hurt my brain again.

What, no Hasselhoff?  :-D

Germans need not list David Hasslehoff among their favorite musicians as it is a given that he ranks #1 on everyone's list.  Everyone else simply fighting for #2.

Hey, look at that......I've managed to back to back games against Chuggie and Dio.  I'm not the :CF whipping boy anymore.

Good game hbionic,

I lose my Queen a lot that way, that's why I'll usually trade it without hesitation. You played yourself into an advantage, after you took my queen you were still down on points and material. :yay

Thanks Chuck, I know that shtein doesn't come around too often, but when it does, we gotta go after it. I hear you about trading queens, its a totally different game without the queen. The pawns become that much more powerful and essential to the game.

I'll rematch you soon...I'm just trying to clear my current plate of 6.
