Oh, and as for this nonsense........

So if Reid DOES walk away from the Eagles for a week, or however long, who do you want to take over as the interim head coach?

Even though Marty has experience, I'd rather have Johnson take over as the "head coach" and just let Marty run the offense. I could see Johnson taking a much more "aggressive" approach to being the head guy and making certain decisions.

I'll actually be pissed if Reid takes a week off.  He's ignored those little bastiches for the last 20+ years, why start caring now?

Well this season is pretty much over either way...He's been obviously distracted thus-far and will probably be even more so going forward.

Exactly numb nuts.  Why would you want anyone else on the sidelines on gameday besides Reid?  All JJ or Marty or whoever will do is step in with the intent of winning games in hopes for a future audition either with the Eagles or someplace else.  They'll be focused and determined to win the Eagles right out of a top 5 pick.  The last thing this team needs right now is any type of "spark" like the one Garcia gave them last year.

Idiot.

so, he loved being a drug dealer so much that he even tried to smuggle drugs into prison, but then all of the sudden he wants to change?  i don't think so.  he'll be right back on the streets slangin rocks when he gets out in 2 months

I'm talking about gun running, boot legging, dog fighting, running an illegal gambling ring, ghey pr0n, all of it.  I hope they did it all.

ghey Asian midget pr0n?

QB Eagles

i just wanted to reiterate that Andy Reid's son stuffed drugs up his icehole and enjoyed "feeling powerful" selling drugs in North Philadelphia.

farging hilarious. :-D

Andy enjoys stuffing running plays up his icehole and enjoys "feeling powerful" calling tricky pass plays in running situations.

It gets better. Too many great quotes to paste here.

Quote"I liked being the rich kid in that area and having my own high-status life. I could go anywhere in the hood. They all knew who I was. I enjoyed it. I liked being a drug dealer."

Quote"I did get a thrill out of it," he said. "That was also part of the whole new world that opened up to me when I smoked that first joint."

Quote"I don't want to be that kid who was the son of the head coach of the Eagles, who was spoiled and on drugs and OD'd and just faded into oblivion," he said in court.
:-D

QuoteO'Neill noted that searches of the Reid home found illegal and prescription drugs throughout the house. He said both boys had been overmedicated throughout much of their lives and that Britt got hooked on painkillers when he suffered a football injury in high school.

"It sounds more or less like a drug emporium there, with the drugs all over the house, and you're an addict," O'Neill told Britt Reid.

I think our best option is for Reid to quit, MM to become interim coach.  That way, Reid wasn't getting it done, his sons are retards, Andy leaves.  MM becomes coach and fails (because...it's Morningwood).  Then we find someone new outside of those two.

If Reid stays, we're screwed.
If Reid leaves, and MM steps in, and is anything close to moderately successful, we'll have MM as our coach next year, and we're screwed.

We need to let those two exhaust failure THIS season so they won't be options for us next year.

It's a mildly amusing story but compared to stuffing drugs up your ass, having your johnson pierced or carrying autographed pics of your dad in the glovebox just isn't cutting it.

Well if that type of spark would help the team win games and make the playoffs then I'm all for it. My point is the team isn't good enough this year to even get a "spark" from anything.

A completely hypothetical here:

At the 1:00 presser, Andry Reid announces that after Sunday's game, he will step down as head coach of the Birds.

What would your immediate reaction be?
