If Heckert is actually going to be the guy who scouts this draft class and evealuates free agency there might be some hope for subtle change. Yeah right.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

That's only if you assume Heckert is any less of a company man or that he and Reid have vastly different philosophies on how to build a team.  Frankly, I think Reid only does the final sign-off on personnel moves regardless.

So, this will change nothing.

Phreak should apply for the job.   he's about Andy's size, the uniform will fit.

You're probably right, both of them are most likely undergoing some level of rehab, which requires some participation from the family.

no one would've known if AR would've taken this time off and Heckert would've prepared solo for the upcoming inaction in FA and the draft.

them announcing this just brings the incidents back into the public eye, doesn't make too much sense.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Heroin addiction is a nasty thing to come back down from.  They'll never be free of it.
Anyone but Reid.

Nothing that happens at Novacare goes unnoticed. You know the media would have at least caught on with his absence from the combine. If that happened, the rumors of him stepping down would have only been more intense. It's probably best that they are upfront about it in this case.

I'm free of it.  Of course, I have the strength of 12 men.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

Well, either they didn't notice or no one was there--according to Gary Myers--reprinted on Garry Cobb's website, Reid hasn't been at the Novacare Center since the incidents happened. It's under a story that Holmgren has left him two messages.

I'm listening to Mike and Mike in the Morning today and hearing Greenberg go on and on about how tough it is on families that have a coach for a father because the man is away so much and how it's so hard on kids and everything.

Give me a farging break, there are plenty of jobs were kids hardly ever see thier fathers. Truckers, Merchant Marines, Fire Fighters, the Military. Shoot, my Dad was gone every day all day when I was young. I hardly ever saw him during daylight hours and never in the morning. He worked construction.

Why should we feel so sorry for kids whose Dad is making Millions of dollars to support their sorry asses?!?! Reids family doesn't have a clue as to what it is to have it hard on them.

The Media can kiss my ass talking about how hard coaches and players have it. farg the media feeling sorry for Andy Rieds family because he has a job most men would die for.
