It's the offseason so it's time for mind numbing, hypothetical discussions that make no sense.

I'd trade McNabb for one super bowl.

.... got me thinking.  We've all got individual attachments to certain players for one reason or another.  Players that we want to see win a SB with the Eagles.  Obviously the goal is for the Eagles to win the SB.  But would you feel differently about it if your favorite player wasn't on the team when it happened?  Are there any players that you wouldn't trade for a SB?  Or do you really not care in the least who is or isn't a part of the team if the Eagles win the big game?

For me, I wouldn't trade Dawkins.  He's been a staple on this team for a decade and has been a major factor in the Eagles success over the last 6 years.  He is a true Philadelphia Eagle and if given the opportunity to trade him for a sure fire SB win, I would still have to decline.  I'd rather take my chances with him on the field and hope that the Eagles win one rather than watch this team hoist one up without him.

Everyone else on the roster is fair game.  I'd love to see McNabb lead this team to the promised land but if it's Garcia, Feeley, whoever, then so be it.  Same goes for everyone else.

For the right price, any of 'em are tradeable.  Even Chris Gocong.

Westbrook and Dawkins, and I love Runyan.  Everyone else is on the table.

Remarkably, Dio's list is my list. Exactly. Probably wouldn't trade Andrews either.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Akers isn't protected?  I figured he'd be first on your list.  Actually, I figured he'd be your list.

There are no untouchables on the Eagles in my mind. I'd trade McNabb for a proven pro-bowl receiver or linebacker and mutiple draft picks, just no a draft pick.

PoopyfaceMcGee

That list is too long.

You're telling me you wouldn't trade Reggie Brown for 3 1st round picks or Jamaal farging Jackson for 4?

Dawkins
Westbrook
(possibly) Andrews

Well, if I would have read the whole post then I would have had a clue. I'm a dope. And if someone offered me 3 #1's for Reggie, I would do it.

I was talking about who I would not trade in regards to building the team.

Rome

LOL - this is a stupid question.  Are you kidding here or what?

Ha!

I would trade everyone who ever played for the Eagles, my friends, extended family, and all of you (gladly) for an Eagles Super Bowl win.
