the fact that the nanny contridicted clemens account of him being at the party and she said that clemens told her to tell the truth kind of helps him in saying he didnt try and influence her testimony

i agree with clemens lawyer in that waxmen was just trying to fling some innuendo on him...it was a perry mason tactic


i mean why wouldnt clemens talk to her if he could....its not a trial hes allowed to do that...id wanna know what she was gonna say

Roger and his lawyers knows that even with the needles, gauge, etc. that BMac is using in his defense, they still will not know if what he used was steroids. They have needles with his blood, big deal. It will not trace what drug it was--it could be B-12 like stated

They both look stern and very convincing at this hearing. BMac has this face as everything he is saying is without question the truth, with no change in facial expression. Clemens also consistently give his answers with direct eye-contact and very straight forward answers. Although he's answering with confidence knowing that he wont get caught here, you know damn well he used steriods.

I'm going with the evidence of Andy Petitte alone. Why give his so called good friend Clemens up if he was innocent? Makes no sense.

Petite validated McNemee's claims about Clemens the minute he admitted to juicing up.

clemens is definitely catching a perjury charge off this....and i suspect he will admit guilt at the same time of the process in which marion jones did....ie once she received discovery from the feds....all the pages of direct testimony and prior statements...which would convince any jury that her credibility was shot

today is just random questioning that clemens requested....remember today exists because clemens and his attorney demanded a public hearing

there are thousands of pages of testimony from witnesses who implicate clemens....including petitte of course....all of this stuff plus inconsistent statements from clemens will become evidence....and once hes facing hard time he will fold like a cheap accordian

When/if Clemens ever admits to doing the junk, and we know he used, will there be a bigger liar in history? Someone would have to work really really hard to look as bad as good ol' Rog is going to look after this dog and pony show of clearing his name and pretending like he didn't touch the stuff.

Anyways, it was funny to watch the press conference of his lawyers about 15 minutes ago and see MDS' boy Marcus Hayes trying to stick his recorder in peoples faces and having his ugly mug smeared across the TV.

I got to that point last night.  I'm watching the news trying to get election coverage, and Roger Clemens is plastered all over everything.  Enough already.  Who gives a shtein?  If muscle-heads want to bulk up, shrink their balls, and die young for my entertainment, they should do it.
