perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Not exactly an iPhone, but the Samsung Nexus 2 with ice cream sandwich is coming out supposedly December 8th.  Rather than using an unlocking pattern or code, it uses facial recognition.

My room mates brother was chosen to be a beta tester for the iphone 5.

I've heard thru the tech nerds in our office that the appraisers in our department, regardless of rank, are getting iPhones & iPads when the next budget cycle begins.  Our elected property appraiser has already been transitioned over to the iPhone & iPad and he loves them.

The amount of work we can get done via the wireless internet is incredible compared to doing it the old fashioned boots on the ground manner.  I already volunteered to be the district guinea pig because everything I have is Apple, and as such, I'm used to it at this point.  The only concern from the techies is our mainframe program isn't compatible with it, but then again, it's such an anachronistic piece of shtein I doubt it's compatible with anything else either.

I'm still wondering whats going to happen with Samsung's potential injunction on the iPhone5 for LTE chipset patent infringement.  I'd love it if apple got a taste of their own medicine for once.

You would love it if a Korean company caused financial distress for an American one?

Seriously?

I have Samsung shtein too but people have this weird rage thing about Apple that I find strange and hilarious at the same time.

it's because there's a whole generation of apple fanboys that are insufferable and talk about how superior their products are to everyone else's. i actually agree with them personally but they annoy the shtein out of me too.

The company was built on an image of pretentiousness that other tech companies have copied but never duplicated because they're not Apple.
