Newsday reported the Giants won't get Wilson, and the Texans matched the offer sheet on that FB the Giants signed.  The Giants can't get anyone... 

Wilson didn't pass his physical. Apparently, they're still talking... and there's a rumor rolling around that he's gonna need a second neck surgery...sigh. Yea, let's keep talking to him...
