I'd be on board with an Eagles loss and a crippling, career-ending, life-threatening injury to Me-O.

Yay sportsmanship.

... and we've got as a legit shot at the Super Bowl as anyone else in the NFC.

Just to clarify, you mean "get to" not "win", right?

Actually, if you put the qualifier "as anyone else in the NFC" - they would have as good a chance as anyone else in the NFC.  That chance may be less than 10%, but still...

General_Failure

Everyone in the NFC has a 0.5% chance of winning, even the teams that have been mathematically eliminated.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Ah yes, that would be the probability of the AFC champ's plane crashing into a mountain in Siberia.

You never know... they may decide to take the scenic route to Miami.

Seriously.  The NFC can't be that bad.  Can it?

Yes. Yes, it can.
Maybe the voices aren't real, but, they've got some pretty good ideas...

MURP

not as bad as the NBA's Atlantic division.

Is there any way we lock up a playoff spot before the Dallas game??

Oh my Gawd. Just how friggen' bad can it get for the Giants?? I almost pissed myself laughing when Manning was in the shotgun, the ball was snapped and bounced of his friggen' foot before he even knew it was snapped!

The Giant collapse is so delicious it's ridiculous.  I really can't stand that team right now.  I hate the Cowboys before all others, of course.  But the current Cowboy roster doesn't really have any players I can't stand right now.  The Giants on the other hand have three:  Eli, Plax, and Shockey.  Any one of which I'd be happy to watch get their leg Theismanned.

Well of course there's him, but I hardly think of him as a Cowboy.

yes, one game against a team with a running back who\'s packed it in and a line riddled with injuries means they are stout against the run.

those 4 straight games of being gouged were the exception, not yesterday.
Huh?
