they don't because they don't tell what % of what districts are in....41% could be in but 35% of that could be from districts where crist dominates....thus there not being enough democratic votes left for him to catch up

According to nbcnews.com, 97% of the votes are in.  Seems like too little left for Crist to catch up.

This is my governor for four more years.
