Legendz is right, IMO. They need a real, known, off the reservation candidate to lose in historic fashion before they'll ever reconsider their horseshtein approach to things.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

I don't expect much to change from the GOP until a tea party/"true conservative" gets the nomination and gets smoked.  If Romney loses the far right will say that, like McCain, he just wasn't conservative enough.  I was rooting for Santorum to get the nomination because he would have lost by the most since '84, and I was hoping that would've forced the pubs to change course somewhat.  I'm worried a Romney loss may just push them further right if that's possible.

You know how Romney would win this election? If he said farg the base and strayed towards the center. He already has the nod of the right and they're going to vote in record numbers to get the black guy out of office. So who gives a shtein what they think at this point? Romney governed Mass more towards the center which is what made him a popular candidate, now that he has the nod he's conforming to the conservative movement which will rub independent voters the wrong way. His strategy is idiotic but I'm all for it because it's going to cost him the election.

QuoteU.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice said the attack on the American consulate in Benghazi was not premeditated, directly contradicting top Libyan officials who say the attack was planned in advance.

"In Cairo, as you know, a few hours earlier, there was a violent protest that was undertaken in reaction to this very offensive video that was disseminated," Rice said, referring to protests in Egypt Tuesday over a film that depicts the Prophet Muhammad as a fraud. Protesters in Cairo breached the walls of the U.S. American Embassy, tearing apart an American flag.

Well at least they are standing pat on blaming the video.  It doesn't matter if every official over in the Middle East says otherwise.

Voter fraud is not an issue.  The most egregious cases involve provisional voting and poll workers themselves, not voters posing as someone else.  But let's not left facts get in the way..facts are liberal.

Really? Here are some facts: Acorn, the group our president did legal work for, lost its federal funding and had some of its employees sent to prison for voter fraud. Remember Mickey Mouse registering to vote? Just a few weeks ago at the DNC, Bill Clinton was bashing Republicans over this very issue. However, he neglected to inform the nation that three Democrats from his home state were convicted of voter fraud that very day.

We shouldn't attempt to take the right to vote away from pets or the dead, they have just as much say in this next election as anyone else.

Mr Puppykins is as well informed as the average voter.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Are these idiots seriously saying voter fraud is a problem?

go away already. Even the people who BELIEVE IT EXISTS cannot find any actual truth to it

Virginia has Voter ID laws in place. I live here, will have to show ID in November. It's going to be a huge state in the upcoming election. And all jokes aside, I'm ashamed to call myself a Virginian.

This is what Romney really thinks of people who vote for Obama:

"Most americans who will vote for Obama feel they are entitle to food. I, Mitt Romney don't feel I am entitle to food. I earn my food. Every day. To this day, I still hunt for my every meal. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, pre-dinner, snacks, dinner, dessert, and my midnight snack"

What's really funny is Romney just insulted his 'base' but they're too stupid to notice:
