Companies are one thing, litigation is a whole different animal

Tomahawk

Not only is it iffy, but the THC level in the blood stream is also probably dependent on the strain of marijuana and method of ingestion.

I hate fox.  Stewart just completely discredited their arguments against him.  So much hate.  I would run them all over if I could.

Europe>>>U.S.

That's pretty awesome.  I can't understand how this country went from being fundamentally liberal during our founding years to being so extremely conservative and refusing to let go of the past and embrace modern and foreward thinking ideas.  Well, I can because something like this is the last thing that car manufacturers and oil companies want to see, but I'd be willing to be that an overwhelming large number of Americans would oppose such an idea as well.  "Arg, you're violating my right to drive, take up space, waste energy and pollute the environment.  Arg, if I have to take the bus, no one can see me driving my $80,000 car and I might be forced to sit next to someone who works in...gulp...MIDDLE MANAGEMENT!!  Arg!."  (Yes, I beleive that people complaining about this would talk like pirates while doing so.)

Also, I thought this was funny.

QuoteStill, there is grumbling. "There are all these zones where you can only drive 20 or 30 kilometers per hour [about 12 to 18 miles an hour], which is rather stressful," Thomas Rickli, a consultant, said as he parked his Jaguar in a lot at the edge of town. "It's useless."

Farg off, elitist snob.  Better invest in some comfy walking shoes.

But back to your original argument; by your definition, Lenin and Mao would be Liberals.

I don't really care who people marry, it doesn't affect me. But BHO's willingness to have federal employees selectively enforce the law is damn near treasonous. He should really be in jail.

:-D you just earned my ignore feature, you freak.

Any time a president, repub or dem, uses the executive powers to stop discrimination and bigotry...more power to them

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

No, we are a nation of laws. There is a system in place for repealing them.

Tomahawk

Isn't discrimination against the law too?

Even though Bush didn't go to jail for trampling the rights of his citizenry by introducing the Patriot Act, Obama should be given a medal for championing the rights of his.

lurking wierdo

Tomahawk, if I am not mistaken, the Patriot Act was a law passed by Congress.

PG, make me a sandwich.

And that system often takes way too long, and caters to what is now a minority in this country (people against gay marriage). I'm all for laws and systems...but when our nation and its states pass laws that openly push discrimination and bigotry, I don't care how they get overturned.

farging idiot. seriously you cant even be taken seriously when try to pull this crap.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
