That was some of the most ridiculous journalism, and I use the term loosely, I've ever seen. Who cares what Joe the Plumber owes or makes?? Sanchez tried to make it like he said that he doesn't want people who make over 250 g's to be taxed at all. He was putting words in the mans mouth. All the guy is saying is that people who make a lot of money should not be taxed at a higher rate than people who don't make as much money!

And they shouldn't. Taxing big business and corporations at a higher rate will just limit jobs, not create them. The spread the wealth bullcrap won't work. It will just drive up the cost of goods, freeze the wages of the middle working class, and increase unemployment.

I've always been in favor of a flat tax, the same rate all the way across the board whatever you make. That way people who make more would be paying more, but not at a higher rate.

It's friggen' stupid anyway for Obama to think he can increase taxes for the wealthy and have it work. Big business pays thousands to lawyers and accountants. They will just find a way around it anyway.

Trickle down might work but its just redistribution of wealth upwards. Lets all go to a sales tax no income tax system and be done with it.

I know, the more you make the more they take. Tax rate was the wrong phrase. Obama wants to tax the wealthy more, along with a higher rate. But still, my point, besides a flat tax rate were everyone is taxed the same, is that it just won't work.
