Admittedly, I don't cruise YouTube for campaign videos, but all the same, I have not seen a bunch of clips of Obama supporters saying things like war criminal, baby killer, senile codger, etc.   I have seen plenty of McCain's people saying terrorist, baby killer, etc.

The Republicans have a corner on the haters this time around.

I did see that "Palin is a funhole" t-shirt, though, so I guess that means the Obama rallies are full of vulgarity and hatred.

Obama's lead in the national polls is contracting a bit, however he is holding strong in individual states where he leads and gaining ground in several traditionally 'Red' strongholds. Also, the Atlanta Constitution Journal gave him their endorsement. It looks like this might actually happen which is fairly fascinating.

I appreciate Biden's indignation at the Republican claim to sole ownership of patriotism.  Why Democrats have allowed it to go on for so long I don't understand.

It would be even nicer if he and others would counter attack by showing that the Republican tactic is a thinly veiled incitement of nationalism, but that would probably be too nuanced an argument for most Americans.

it really is baffling and one of the huge failings of the left in this country
