I heard a news report that Germany is calling Obama "the black JFK".

I posted that over a month ago.  I'm not going back to find it.

Quoteso the republicans created the iraq mess and they would be the best to clean it up too? eventhough they have shown no ability to understand the ppl, the history, and the war going on?

also i love how obama's pastor gets so much play but what i posted about mccain's crazy off the wall spiritual guide said has not been mentioned at all in the media.

I am not saying that the repubs would do a better job, I was talking about whom I thought Iran and the Iraq insurgents would rather see in the White House. To say the republicans have disappointed me over the last 8 years would be a gross understatement. The reason they have lost the house and senate imo is due to stupidity, arrogance and the ability to get a lot of nothing done during the bush presidency.

I believe you are talking about John Hagee? McCain jumped out in front of that by already saying that he does not believe in everything Hagee believes in. As far as I know Hagee is not his pastor, spiritual mentor, or was/is a campaign advisor to McCain, something that Pastor Wright is and more to Obama.

Did you hear him on his friday night round about on cnn and fox news? he was horrible without a teleprompter or a prepared speach. Cooper Anderson made him look bad. Hilary has got to be in her glory.

So he uses teleprompters and prepared speeches for debates?

No, but for the most part they know what kind of questions are going to be asked, healthcare, war, etc that can be answered with we need a "change". On friday he was on the defensive, didn't look comfortable and was not good at all.

Sort of how we've seen Hillary at least 20 times now.

mccain also accepted jerry falwells invitation to speak at liberty university and the two are pals...same as bush speaking at bob jones

but see when youre white and christian you get a pass

An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

wow, yes mccain spoke at the graduation for fawell. bush did speak at Bob jones university and was pounded until he apologized. Both him and McCain were hit by the media so to say if your white and christian you get a pass is complete BS.

But way to discuss the question of Obama's judgement and honesty, instead of discussing it you throw up Bush and McCain. Fawell or hagee (you missed that freak) are not and were never McCain's head pastor, McCain never belonged to their churches. Neither were an advisor to mccains capaign. they were not a spiritual mentor to McCain. Obamas pastor was all these things, and if he says he never knew these things from his pastor in all the years he knew him, then imo he is either a moron, a complete liar, or he agrees with the views of his pastor and mentor.

reagan opened the white house to robertson and falwell...so did both bushes

mccain is openly supporting falwell and accepting his support as well as hagee...well see if he does a 180 on robertson...i suspect he will...

either way theres a clear double standard here...mccain says that even tho he doesnt agree with everything hagee says he still welcomes his support...and the issue is dropped....

obama strongly condems the hate speech by wright (which by the way doesnt even come close to anything said by hagee falwell or robertson) and its not enough?

but this is all nothing we didnt already know about america and is the reason why they wont elect a black man

hillarys campaign has race baited obama like five different times and all those instances put together dont equal the attention this pastor is receiving and we all know why
