Did you actually read this article? He was taken to a 'private club' in Vietnam by a friend but Moore told a third friend they needed to leave because the girls were underage. The friend who took them stayed. Thailand, Penang and Singapore, every place I visited where underage prostitution was just a way of life. I was propositioned for sex constantly...half the girls were definitely underage.

Not trying to defend Moore here but you really have no idea what you're walking into in those areas.
