Actually, yes.  Especially once the man makes it known that the kissing is unwelcome.  Sexual harassment/assault isn't a 1 way street. However, historically (and still very much so today) men have held the power - the power at home, the power at work, the power in social settings - and they've used that power inappropriately for sexual gain by exploiting the vulnerable position women were born into simply for being women. Want this job?  You gotta "earn it."  Wanna keep your job?  Better give me a hummer with my morning coffee.

It's only been in the last 20 or 30 years that women have been in powerful enough positions that they could turn from prey to predator. But many of them, having likely been victims themselves, are decent enough to not want to put someone else through the same ordeal.

But really, what this is about is feeling like your power is being taken away from you. Your manhood in being threatened by the thought that a woman is being treated slightly more equally.
