Of course it has.  You can't knock 'em dead with every skit on live teevee every week

That's one thing I think people somehow forget or ignore.  A lot of the skits are written and rehearsed less than a week before the show airs.

I'm not saying it's great comedy, because it usually isn't. I used to watch regularly and I felt that most episodes had enough funny hits to outweigh the misses.  Don't even know the last time I've watched it. Doubt I'd recognize anyone on the cast or laugh at many of their jokes.  And I'm probably not supposed to. I'm not a teenager anymore. I'm a man. I'm 40.
