the thing utterly destroyed, more than double, the obama/hillary debates and it was all because of trump. these ratings were insanely high.

people were there to watch him....he had to get the most time.

From what I've read the appearance of tough questions belied the obvious agenda to make the GOP look good. I didn't watch, but here's what I've read:
- Gay marriage questions were directed at moderates (read as, not Cruz).
- Trump wasn't pressed on his past Democratic support or his religious beliefs, if any.
- Shutting down the government wasn't a serious topic of conversation, despite past and current threats.

I mean, I would need a lot of fun pain killers and heavy doses of alcohol to sit through a GOP debate, so this is all second hand, but consider me doubtful that FOX News was really pressing these guys on their obvious insanity.

actually Trump giving to Hillary and other Dems came out a few times. i mean yeah i'm sure there were more strategic reasons for the questions but they did an OK job of making it seem like a real debate. christie and paul had a little bitch fest with each other too. i probably hung around for an hour or so before turning off. was kinda fun in a very self-loathing way.

It's amazing to me that Chris Christie's entire political strategy is to be as abrasive as possible while simultaneously stating that he'll work with anyone. "I'll be a giant jerk to everyone who speaks to me, but we'll get shtein done." I feel like he has managed to find the most confusing political personality ever and has befuddled people into voting him into office. It's sort of fascinating.

I was at a house 'party' that was really more like a gathering of nerds as it was at my g/f's old roomates house, and she's a PhD student at UD. So it was me and a bunch of revenge of the nerd looking chemical engineer PhD students laughing at all the ridiculous shtein being said by Donald Trump. A few of the kids were foreigners and they couldn't believe the shtein being said lol

I'm not sure id watch a presidential debate on fox just because I feel slimey and don't wanna give them my viewership but I don't know how anyone could watch those pieces of shtein get set up with softball questions that lead to full of shtein answers that cater towards Iowa voters
