USPS has been awful here too.

We moved end of May. I had my change of address in well in advance. Something time sensitive came the other day that was sent end of May. It now just got forwarded. I got a new credit card and the original never came. I had to call and get a new one.

Go back a few years on this thread...I'll reiterate for those not listening...he's not leaving voluntarily. Even if there's no mail in votes he'll come up with some other voter fraud conspiracy.

Interesting constituitional question.  Per the 20th Amendment:

The terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

There could be an argument to be made that, if the election was not held, that the terms of Trump and Pence would still end on January 20, 2021.  And, there could be a few different Constitutional remedies:

1. Per the 12th Amendment, if a President is not elected through the Electoral College, the House of Representatives shall elect the President (One vote per state).

2. Per the Presidential Succession Act (1792, revised several times since), the Speaker of the House is in line after the vice president, and would become the Acting President.

I'm no Constitutional scholar, but my basic understanding of the above would lead me to think that the effect of delaying an election may not have the consequence intended by Trump.
