I've watched Steve Schmidt on msnbc a few times a like him a lot. The way he phrases issues and positions should really be representative of the right as a whole. It would at least have a shot to appeal to younger voters but instead this is what we're left with.

yeah he's a republican that does;t make you want to stab your eyeballs out. but he's also on msnbc, wouldn'tt last too long if he wasn't. shtein, even michael steele is pretty reasonable the last year or so on there and he was a disgusting human several years ago. dudes gotta eat.

Ha I'm not sure many people would consider me a Pub. Left leaning libertarian probably.

I have limited gov't positions but the right's social policies are abhorrent and hypocritical. I think there's an opening for an appealing candidate who was moderate/left on social issues while being in favor of decreased gov't spending, but no one fills that void.
