You have no idea...mostly late teen early 20's hipster douchebags. Although on the last day there was this 60 something year old dude sitting with his wife who had a 'Carcetti for Mayor' t-shirt on. I drummed up an hour long convo with him about the Wire. Didn't bother to ask if anyone else had commented on his shirt but I'll assume nobody did.

I refused tickets to Firefly because of hipster douchebaggery I expected.  My buddy went, said it was great, but he's just a perv looking for his next victim every concert he goes to.  He knew maybe 6 of the main bands, and they had a pretty impressive lineup.

You're not exactly going out on a limb by predicitng there will be a lot of white people at a music festival. That's like saying "so, Maine...lotta white people I bet!". They had a few acts there that were r&b or rap but even so...its a music festival. Its gonna be filled with hipsters and hippies and college kids. That being said it was a hell of a lot of fun and I definitely plan on going back next year.

The problem, of course, is that it does matter. There just isn't anything that you are I or any of us schlubs can actually do about it. And THAT is what is really infuriating. Informing yourself is enjoyable and liberating at first. Coming slowly to the realization that the world could be a better place but that you can't actually make any difference through the political process is enough to drive you out of your skull.
