I knew something was weird with John King when he was on CNN - dude sounded blasted drunk....and now I am reading people posting the same thing on other forums.

Dude was probably half a bottle deep and had to throw some pants and a shirt on and report.

sundays are an off day for the entire non sports news business

every single paper in the country had to rip up their A1's and start from scratch 15, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc. before deadline. i imagine its worse for the times and the post, which do their own reporting on this, than smaller dailys like us, who sit around and wait for the AP to send us stuff.

word broke 30 minutes before deadline for us. i left an hour later and they were still working. omg omg omg omg omg omg.
