My boss and I were talking about this today.  He's a Republican although he's not bombastic about it at all, which is cool.  His take on it was he doesn't mind it when politicians farg everything on two legs.  He just despises the ones who are stupid enough to get caught, and he's right.  shtein, we're all human, and most of us succumb to temptation especially if that temptation far exceeds what we'd reasonably expect to receive otherwise.

That said, I do take a perverse sense of pleasure whenever a right-wing douchebag gets caught farging some whore or sucking some flamer's dick.  I mean, how many of these clowns have to get snagged before someone at the GOP figures out that demonizing sociatal immorality for political gain is almost always career suicide?
