How out of touch are the coaches with the rest of the world?

Quote"I know the fans and media want us to throw it 40 or 50 times every game, be dynamic and throw the ball down the field all the time," Mornhinweg said. "But last week dictated that we ran the ball just a little bit more."

But last week dictated that we ran the ball just a little bit more

this is more disconcerting if you ask me

its implying that passing the ball is what they are always going to do but 'last week' dictated running the ball more...but dont worry well be back to passing it 50 or 60 times a game soon enough

in fact maybe he said the first comment so that when they go back to all passes he can say thats what everyone wanted
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

I don't care if Morningwhig is clueless or not.  If he keeps calling the plays and is able to keep the offense moving then I don't give a shtein what he thinks.

that would make much more sense but then why follow it up with the second comment....because that def doesnt qualify as a joke

because it sounded different when he said it than if you just copy and paste the words.
