no point in trying to find out who has been playing worse....the first few weeks our D was being scored on will while our offense was lighting it up. then our D...although still bad is at least holding teams to FGs and what does the offense do? COMPLETELY STOPS PLAYING. i just dont get it....and today the whole team was horrible. for the most part its been offense good defense bad or vice versa but today everyone sucked. OUR SPECIAL TEAMS ARE A JOKE. we dont cover well and we dont ever give the offense any decent field. on 3rd down our D always stinks it up. offensively we have WRs who just cant catch unless they are wide open down the field. wtf seriously reggie brown needs to learn the basics. where was lj smith today? the penalties and everything...im just so pissed right now...we have the same core and coaching from previous yrs...and yes ill agree reid always has has clock management problems but this is the least diciplined EAGLES team under reid ive seen. they either dont care or are just too dumb and keep getting dumb penalties AT HOME! wtf?

there is never any urgency. with 9 min to go in the 4rth...WHY DONT WE EVER HURRY UP? 9 MIN ISNT A LOT CONSIDERING HOW SLOW OFFENSE WAS MOVING. when under 2 MIN can we please attempt passes to the WRs instead of 2 yd dump offs to westbrook? he isnt going to break one every time like last week.

im as big a homer as anyone on this board but its going to take me a while b4 i can ever consider them winning the next 2...hellt he next game. and i even bough brand new eagles PJs last night....i was so psyched for this game cause i thought they would turn it around.

The PGL people (Barkann, Hebron, Cramer, Didinger) all believe that Andy is so pissed that things are going to change and people are going to lose their jobs.

Andy basically said this was a bad football team and it was an embarrassing display of football.

I like hearing the anger from him.

Who is going to lose there jobs? And even if people do, who is going to replace them.  This team is so pathetic, I sat and watched this team with a heart full of rage.  There was a hot waitress hitting on me the whole game and I didn't even care.  I must be like the Eagles.

oh and i forgot in my rant where is our D LINE? what happened to the rotation? first few games we were bringing in 2 good lines in. we were getting pressure. the blitz was getting to the qb. where has the pressure gone? where has the blitz gone?

Maybe I'm overreacting to the incredibly asinine play of the Eagles the past three weeks, but there hasn't been an isolated instance where McNabb once took a sack rather than run or throw. 

When does he run?  When nothing else has worked.  When the Eagles are down and the offense is sputtering.  And, though it's somewhat more than last year, I don't think he's running enough.  Run in the beginning of the game.  Run when ahead - make it a part of the attack. 

I think the world of McNabb.  But so often he takes a sack when he has a lane to run - or the time to throw the ball away, as others have said.  He has an athletic gft that, if he used it more often, would make him an even more dangerous weapon for the Eagles.  Don't try to be Peyton Manning.  Don't try to be Dan Marino.  Be the best Donovan McNabb he can be.

And please refrain from using "retarded" to describe anyone's post.  It's degrading, and I especially take exception to it for personal reasons.  Thank you.

i agree. we need to maybe even have some designed runs for mcnabb. back when we had no offense the defenses had to always assign one guy to him and worry about him taking off. if we did now, with a capable passing offense, we might be able to score in the first maybe.
