BMI is farging stupid. I'm 6'1 185 and that's a 24.4 BMI, where 25 is considered overweight. If anyone saw me, there's not a chance in farging hell they think I'm even close to overweight.

Bf% is more useful. At 6'4 244, a bf% of 14% is pretty farging good.

Bf% is more useful. At 6'4 244, a bf% of 14% is pretty farging good.

With only three inputs, I question how accurate 14% is, unless all fourteen is hanging out on my gut.

I just went to the doctor for something else, and the first thing he does is check my blood pressure.

He tells me I'm borderline. 130/85

Looks like my diet and lack of exercise are going to have a major overhaul.
