I ran 10 miles at an 8:59/mile pace this morning. I may just survive a half marathon in 27 days after all.

I'm doing great in that department. A little Body Glide goes a long way toward preventing chafing.

I've been in the gym for the last month, doing mostly upper body, and I'm up above 190 now. I think I'm going to try spending the next month just running and doing squats so I can trim some fat/build leg muscle.

You know, there's some middle ground there where you do upper and lower body along with some cardio in the same week.

i'm getting frustrated that while i'm close to my goal weight, and i've dropped a few pant/shirt sizes, i cannot lose my farging gut.  is there anything specifically i can do exercise wise to target that area?
