I have been doing some of the P90X workouts (focusing on weights) but in a very limited fashion since I'm trying to get ready for a race and not trying to add too much muscle. They definitely throw stuff in there that I wouldn't think to do.

Also, I celebrated my new-found running prowess with some cigarettes yesterday. It's all about balance, people.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Alright fellas anyone ever tried out supplements (not steroids obviously) that they'd recommend?  If not I'm probably going to go back to NO Xplode and stack it with something else like CellMass even though I did that once. 

I'm really frustrated at the lack of results in my arms and chest lately.  My back is getting farging ripped, but its to the point where its almost too muscley because the rest of me just isn't at the same place.

Any and all recommendations welcome.

Well right now 149 because my bowels and water weight were thoroughly emptied by a virus on Sunday, but the past month or so I've been between 153-155 depending on the point in the day.

dude, you need to do whatever it takes to gain some weight and focus on just that if youre looking for the results which I think youre looking for. I mean, even at 155lbs you can be shredded which is a good thing for your body mass. if youre looking to be jacked like your boy mike "the situation" then thats going to take some time

you can take all the supplements you want, lift all you want, but you'll never gain any kind of mass if you dont eat right. I keep hearing you talk of all these supplements your putting into your body, but what are you actually putting into your body as far food? If you consistently juice up on the calories and carbs, take your protein supplements to build/restabalize your muscles, and pyramid lift with increasing your weight and lowering your rep count... I cant see this not working. You have to eat at least 6-8 times a day.

at your age your metabolism is racing and you need to try and slow it down a bit. then the mike the situation results will come.

I completely understand what your saying, but the bottom line is I just don't have the money to pay for the food or have time to cook most of the recommended stuff that I see on websites.  

I mean do you have a diet you'd recommend or have seen something somewhere that looks right.  I need guidance lol

You weigh 149 pounds. Just eat a lot. Avoid food with trans fats as you won't be able to turn that into anything productive. Outside of that you can eat whatever the hell you want. Lots of protein, lots of carbs, lots of calories whatever. Jesus.

But I don't want to be fat either maybe I've got that whole anorexic thing going on, but I'm really not that skinny I'm only 5'8.

If you workout, which you clearly do, and your matabolism is already naturally high, which it obviously is, you can basically eat whatever you want. Eat more, keep lifting. The end.

Dude you want to have your cake and eat it too.  rjs is right eat pretty much whatever you want.  You need to get a lot of protein and carbs. 

I recommend Muscle Juice as far as supplements and what it seems you are looking for.

Hmm alright, you guys have convinced me. 

I'm going to shoot for 4 or 5 meals per day with a whey protein drink in the morning and before bed. 

I'll check back in a month and if I am fat I will beat you all up.  Probably not, but I might cry.

Ha! Thats the same thing  my boy did in high school to gain weight for football. It didn't work. He was cut as hell, but no girth. I tried to tell him I was the same way when I was young and he's inherited my metabolism. Only way he'll gain weight is when he gets older and his metabolism slows down. Some people are just like that.

I took a large poop today and I'm pretty sure I dropped a pound and a half...so...I'm down to 200lbs.  :yay

Both. As well as protien shakes, and stuff. I still have a big jug about 1/4 full of some kind of weight gain mix.
