Lost a total of 5lbs now.  4 more and I'm back within regs.  Need to drop that in the next 7-10 days so it looks like I'll make it with no trouble.  I miss steak and bacon.

I was up in the 230 range around xmas so I went on a diet. I don't weigh myself but I'm down a 2 pants size meaning I probably lost 20-25 lbs. I did Medifast, first week was the worst week of my life, every week after that has been pretty easy. Only drawback is I already have anxiety issues and their food makes you wired. Haven't worked out once either. Probably going to do it through this month then quit.

Oct-Dec was awful for me. Aside from having just been told I'm being forced out, I was also made the Toys For Tots coordinator which basically had me in my car nearly 8 hours a day covering 6400 sq miles of desert and working 14+hr days for 3 months. So not working out and not eating well at all....lots of fast food....and especially not caring since I was just told to pound sand, I was the heaviest I've ever been, which was 230lbs.  I returned to my regular job in mid-Jan and immediately started losing weight but didn't put any effort into getting myself back within regs.  Getting back east, close to Philly will be worth it though.

Last Tuesday I ran 3 miles in 31:17.  Today I ran in 29:08.  Good progress, but I'm really pissed.  I have to run it in less than 28:59 in order to reenlist.  Would have had it with no problem but my left foot keeps going numb around the 2.5 mile mark.  So close, yet so far.  I think if I knocked 2 minutes off my time in a week, I should be able to take out another 10 seconds or so in a few days.  Gonna do some cardio on the bike for the next 2 days, take Friday off to rest and then try again on Saturday. 

Clock is ticking...I gotta pass this run within the next week or 2.

28:41 today. FARG YEAH!!  Also down to 200lbs even. 3lbs to go. Gonna pop a bunch of ex lax on Monday and shtein my brains out. Good times.

197 today.  My requirement to reenlist is no more than 197.  Mission accomplished.  Physical tomorrow morning and reenlistment paperwork will be submitted tomorrow afternoon.  Should swear in sometime next week.

Nice job Sarge. I'm even more proud that you didn't go to plan Z and cut off a few inches off your wang. 10 inches just isn't good enough.

I'm also trying to make weight...for New Orleans. My goal is to look the opposite of how I did in Nashville. I will be cleaned up and fit as opposed to the bearded, big titted monster I was in Tenn. Unfortunately, I started with plan Z and cut a few inches off. Now my wang don't hang.

I've f'd up my back, and it's screwing my workouts up. I think the periformis muscle is aggravated and impacting my sciatic nerve. The way to recommended course of action is to do certain stretches and avoid sitting, walking, running, jumping, biking and prolonged standing. WTF? I guess I'm stuck with levitation.

trying to lose some belly for summer time and am through my first week of shaun t's insanity, like a P90X type of dealy but no equipment needed. shtein is intense.

it's basically just interval training but a little more intense than most routines.

My buddy tried that and he's in decent shape...said it was farging nuts.
