That's odd.  You'd think the increased surface area would allow them to actually be more crunchy.  That has been my general experience with waffle fries.  So, assuming the waffle fries are crisp, are you still not a fan?

I think this is important to the Hatcher trade discussion.

The trick with waffle fries is to cook them in peanut oil.  I'm serious.  The peanut oil makes the outside insanely crisp yet doesn't overcook the potato inside.

PS: Hatcher was abysmal against the Devils.  He should be tossed into a boiling pit of oil.

I'm all for trading him, but i do think he's played much better.  He's not a top 2 defenseman, and he's getting entirely too many minutes but with the D who could blame Stevens

first home win since Nov 24th.

It took playing the crappy Blues to get a win.  This has been a brutally dismal season.
