wait a minute or 2. when i first downloaded it kept double clicking on fox and it wouldnt come up but i left it alone and it came a min or 2 later.

Do you have broadband? I did the same thing and it works fine (if way slow). It should just start playing.

What is it saying at the bottom?  It needs to buffer first.  The screen turns gray then scrambles a bit before it clears up.  If nothing happens, trying closing other apps...
