They can't count on Lito. There's PLENTY of reason for them to "tie up" that money.

The cap is seriously not constrictive anymore. They can keep Hood with ease.

If they cut Perry then Hood has to return kicks (unless they let Moats do it. Or Lewis)

If they cut Mahe it's one less person for the fans to hate on. And then Wynn takes his circus back there to look foolish trying to return punts.
