You ought to look at their receiving numbers over the last 3 seasons my friend; in respect to the receiving aspect of their games.  Westy has outgained him, has more YPC, and 2 times the amount of touchdowns and has done this in 7 less games.

while youre at it check their number of carries...if LT replaced 150 of his rush attempts with passing plays his receiving numbers would go up astronomically...in fact the one year where his rush attempts were down dook had 100 catches...which is nuts for a 1600 yard running back

westbrook is outstanding out of the backfield and an all around very good player

LT is the best back in the nfl both rushing and receiving

I did take that into account, and if you read what I wrote, I said he maybe or you could make an argument for.   No where did I say he was.

ok, first of all, LT still has more catches over the last 3 years, considering he had 100 3 years ago.  but yes, westbrook has a slight advantage in yards receiving (about 200 or so) and like 7 more TDs. 

But if Antonio Gates hadn't come out of nowhere, LT would still be rushing for close to 2000 a year and still catching over 100 balls.  He just doesn't have to.

Westbrook HAS to catch the ball because no one else can.  You put those two on the same team and Westbrook never even smells the field.

Another reason LT doesn't catch as many TDs is that he's too busy running in close to 20 a year.  They don't need to throw it.

Number of receptions does not matter when talking about who has more yards and more tds.  Westy's numbers will probably be even bigger this season consdering with the loss of TO they are going to have to throw to him more.  I realize what everybody is saying as far as LT getting the ball more in the running department and all of that, but to act like him and Westbrook are not even comparable in the receiving department is ridiculous.  All I am saying is that you can make an argument for Westy as a better receiver any other part of their games it isn't even close.
