Diomedes

They had to trade for SOMEONE.  What did they give up?  Pats probably got a nice premium on the deal.

well, considering Ron Dayne is the starting tailback and will be going into the season, thats not a bad move guy.

Like I said previously, Tatum Bell is having a bad camp so far and Shanahan is not happy with him. He makes a lot of mistakes in and out of the backfield

He's still the big play threat and will get his touches.

And Ron Dayne sucks.

considering shanahan said mike bell is the starting RB right now, they both could be worthless fantasy players.

Justin McCareins might be cut by Mangina in NY.

If he's cut, he'll be an Eagle I bet. He was a guy they really liked before TEN transitioned and traded him to NY. I thought they were going to sign him instead of going after TO that year.

Drunkmasterflex

I thought that dude was going to be a stud, if the Eagles can get him they might as well what else do they have to lose?

QuoteASHBURN, Va. -- Washington taterskins rookie offensive lineman Kili Lefotu was found unconscious in his room Wednesday evening and was undergoing tests at a hospital.

Coaches became concerned when Lefotu failed to show up for the team's 7 p.m. practice. Representatives were sent to the National Conference Center, where the players are being housed. They found Lefotu unresponsive and called emergency services to take Lefotu to a hospital.

Coach Joe Gibbs said Lefotu appeared to be doing better, but doctors had yet to diagnose what happened.

"He's responsive, he's talking, which wasn't the case when they first found him at the dorm," Gibbs said. "The first set of tests, they were looking for something bleeding, and they didn't find anything. The first set of tests came back without anything that we should be alarmed about."

Gibbs said the taterskins training staff was not aware of any similar problems in Lefotu's medical history.

Gibbs also said Lefotu had attended the afternoon meetings and showed no signs of illness. The team took longer than usual to become aware of Lefotu's illness because his roommate, Manaia Brown, had been released earlier in the day.

"Anytime something like this happens, it's serious," Gibbs said.

Lefotu was a seventh-round draft pick from Arizona in this year's draft.

Damn.

Id take him in a split second, though what the hell are Jets coaches thinking when they have nobody to throw the ball to besides Coles--and hes still on his downward spiral?

I dont think he goes anywhere. Though hes working with 2nd team, I think its a wake-up call to him. Im sure the coaches are in hopes he turns it around--the same way the Lions coaches are in hope of Charles Rogers and Mike Williams getting their heads straight

I don't think he goes anywhere either. But that new coach seems to be a little arrogant. He's trying too hard to be mini-Belichick.

Rogers and Williams are 3rd teamers now. They have been demoted.

If the Jets are dumb enough to cut him, I'd take him in a second too.

Vanderjagt is struggling big time in Dallas.

He is missing kicks left and right in camp.

Diomedes

Dig it.

That reminds me of the video years back of Bartrum long snapping through a McDonalds take out window, into the window of a moving car, etc.

A brawl broke out during Titans' practice Thursday morning after running back LenDale White spit on safety Donnie Nickey. Nickey and White collided at the end of a play, and after they were separated, Nickey accused White of spitting on him. Several other defensive players stood up for Nickey, claiming they witnessed the same thing. Minutes later, at the end of a play near the sideline, White was knocked out of bounds by Nickey after an incomplete pass. White elbowed safety Vincent Fuller, and several other defensive players jumped in, including Nickey again. Titans Coach Jeff Fisher sounded off to the players, and accused Nickey of a "cheap shot." At the end of practice, Fisher called the entire team to the middle of the field, and among other things told the players to leave the incident on the field. Nickey and White declined comment.
