Sure but that's not a bath salts high.  That's a classic heroin fall out.  Hundred bucks says this is what happened:  he was jonesing and scored from either a new dealer or a new batch, fixed himself, and hit the road....but the shtein was stronger than he calculated and he nodded out.  He came to and was spooked, drove off panicked, etc.

I guess you're right about the bathsalts, generally you rip off  your clothes prior to running.
