Charlie Sheen's roast is on Comedy Central right now

Watched the first 15 minutes and it was farging hilarious.  DVR'd the full show when it was on later and can't wait to watch it.
"Well where does Jack Lord live, or Don Ho?  That's got to be a nice neighborhood"  Jack Singer(Nicholas Cage) in Honeymoon in Vegas.

Tyson did surprisingly well.

The man. The myth. The legend.

i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Rome

I thought the show was funny as hell.  I think Kutcher did a fantastic job and so did 27.8 million other people.

It got the highest ratings for a sitcom since 2005's Everyone Loves Raymond finale.

But sure, it was all middle Americans and women.  No chance any guy could ever find that funny.

PS: I rarely watched the show when Sheen was on it especially at the end.  It was awful but this was funny to me.

This does not support your anti MA argument at all.

MDS

it had a massive curiosity factor, which is why the ratings were so high

i have no clue where it will settle but it will probably be around what the show was getting with sheen, which is still very good

regardless of that the show is a disgrace and less funny than entourage if thats even possible. its for people who like jay leno and dont have basic cable---MA
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

SD

What is the concept of Two and a half men? I'm not a big sitcom guy unless you count Married With Children reruns.

its an odd couple rip off

charlie sheen is charlie sheen, duckie from 16 candles is his neurotic loser brother with a doofus fat kid, the mother is a funhole, the ex wife is a funhole, the housekeeper is a wise cracking funhole

and they make humorous observations to every day situations

its insanely unapologetically misogynistic so actually youd like it. the women are poorly written and poorly constructed, all are negative, cartoonish depictions of women and its beyond insulting that women actually like it.

That may be the first show mentioned in this thread that is  remotely interesting to me.  Burns over-romanticizes his stories to the point of being somewhat historically inaccurate, but it is a good story.

phattymatty

there is no reason to watch anything other than breaking bad and mother fargin chopped.

Munson

New season of walking dead starts the 16th, the preview looked good. I also enjoy purposely corny humor and obscure 80s references, so I'll be enjoyinh Psych as well

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Is that the one they've been showing snippets of on PBS?
