The BIGSTUD

If any of the other characters died, then we'll automatically know what AMC thinks about them. Because if they didn't go out of their way to show it and just killed them off, then it means they are irrelevant.

I read elsewhere that they were just extras to make the attack more vicious, and not actual characters.

Dexter the last 2 weeks have been absolutely great. This season started off a little dull, but has quickly turned into a great season. It is getting better each week.

I've been watching Boardwalk Empire. What do you guys think of the 1920's bush?

The BIGSTUD

Munson, I told you they were going to take that angle with Rick's buddy. He had him in his sights and pondered taking the shot. I guarantee you they play that angle a lot more down the road. So obvious.

Right up there with the 1870's Deadwood bush.

Dexter was great again. It's simply the best show on TV. I'm done with The Walking Dead if the finale sucks. Right now the show pretty much blows.

And I guarantee that they don't. Eventually the dude is going to break down and tell Rick what happened, since Rick keeps sucking his dick for taking care of his family.

Tonight's episode was awesome and your proclaimed hatred for it can only be a part of your "go against what everyone else says" shtick.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

The BIGSTUD

Who do you define as "everyone"?

You? Maybe a couple others that like it on here? If you want to know the truth, if you do a google for TV boards, people are killing the episode for being a total ripoff of Lost. I didn't care for Lost myself so I don't know why it would be a ripoff, but I don't like the show. I don't need to put on a "shtick". I don't really care enough. If the last episode doesn't impress me, I'll just move on. If you want to keep watching it, have a blast. No sweat off my back.

I actually commented while watching the last 15 mins of the episode that the entire CDC reminded me of the hatch in lost and then the bright light came out to end the episode.  That part actually did mirror Lost rather strongly.

I still think the show has been very solid so far.

SD

How was the walking dead a rip off of Lost? I missed that connection.

I thought this episode was okay, the story has gone 100% away from the graphic novel.

Do you think they use genital toupees or do they let it grow in? I am totally fixated on this.

There is a show on Showtime coming out in 2011 called The Borgias. It looks really good. A lot of medieval type shows coming out in 2011 it seems. I can't wait for this. I'm obsessed with that time period.
