i like V, but i totally acknowledge that its predictable and lame.  the special effects are awful, but yet i keep watching.

I have never heard of Flash Forward before just now so I can't possibly see why it failed. What?

Meh....he's not great but I don't think he sucks.  Although I guess the lead actor in a show should probably do better than "doesn't suck."

My g/f loves it.  I think it's ok.  That Anna chick has a neck that's made for choking....she's a farging giraffe.  And yeah, the special effects suck something awful.  I think they're using the same technology from Hercules and Zena.

Yeah, it definitely got more than it's fair share of exposure before it aired.  My g/f watches Grey's Anatomy every week and I remember them promoting it during every commercial break.

Flash Forward is the most disappointing show I've seen in years.  Great premise, great pilot and then a total free fall.

And I can't believe Law & Order is going to be cancelled.  It's actually really good now.

it probably doesn't help that TNT plays about 4 hours a day of it, and much better episodes.  i love the show and have no desire to watch the NBC ones.

Anna was the only good character on the show. And alien/lizard/giraffe whatever I'd destroy that. I kept waiting for it to get interesting, and when I say interesting I mean lasers and violence.
