yeah he's terrible. CPL Person the driver gets annoying. I like Trombley cause he just doesn't give a farg.

My favorite characters so far are LT. Fick, Iceman, the Doc that told Encino man he was incompetent, and the Godfather.

And yea these are all based on real people.  Rolling Stones, Colbert, Person, and Fruity Rudy all had a part in production apparently.  Fruity Rudy is played by the real life Fruity Rudy.

The ripped fuel thing was funny but he gets annoying after awhile...I think that's what the writers were going for.

I'm pretty sure they never actually showed it.  Pappy and Iceman(?) were talking about it I think.  And then Encino Man and Lt. Fick talk about it.
