As much as I hate you all, I will say this, you've turned me on to some really good TV shows.

The Wire (igy), Breaking Bad (mds), FNL (igy/mds), Mr Robot (smeags/rome) and now Fargo. Probably a few I forgot but Fargo is another slam dunk show.

i should get credit for fargo as well...though igy was on it, too. the 2nd season drops in october. new story, characters, etc. they are going to make true detective look like even more of a high school play

Finally started Fargo. Highlight scene so far is episode 1 when Lester clocks his wife on the head with the crowbar. Was way overdue

Billy Bob is almost too good on a Clint Eastwood Gran Turino level. He carries most of his scenes.

Is that streaming someplace like Netflix? I looked a couple of months ago and didn't see it.

first few eps of s1 are clunky and more silly hollywoo satire, but midway through it makes a huge leap. s2 is outrageously good....like insanely good. like far and away the best thing ive seen this year and easily the best thing since the gus season of BB. its a combo of arrested development and mad men.

I watched Mr Robot again just to take it all in and digest what actually happened.

That show is a mind-blower.  Tyrell's wife is a spooky ass bitch.  Holy shtein.

And LOL @ the show being delayed because of what happened to the news reporters.  So stupid.

The scene with the baby gave me the chills.  And yeah, she's smoking hot and a hell of an actress too.

great read - so many twists in this story, finale left a bunch of cliffhangers out there - [spoiler]what happened to Elliot over the three days he's missing, waiting to see who was at the door, the white rose sitting in the lions den, why ? and speaking of tyrell's hot, passively sadistic wife, where's tyrell ? [/spoiler]

all in all - I give the the show 9.5 out 10. its that good.

watching narcos. it's pretty much my favorite era to read about and i know every inch of the escobar - CIA - nicaragua - sandinista - iran contra storyline but it's still worth watching.

only thing that bothers me is the narrator. i mean i like how they mix in some real footage with the scripted parts but there is no need for the narrator to constantly be talking. thought maybe it would be just for the first episode or two to catch up viewers but nope it's the whole series.

still good though. not as amazing as it could be. and definitely could be more than 10 episodes. seems kinda rushed.

I thought narcos was about the women with all the shoes
