its really dark and gory which will always limit an audience but at the heart of it im afraid youre right....definitely too atmospheric for the simple minded

Got a long line of shows to watch, but Hannibal is one of them. Definitely doing House of Cards first. Then maybe Turn. Still gotta do Breaking Bad at some point too.

House of Cards is not worth it whatsoever. Season 1 is fine. Season 2 is legitimately bad, and I quit in Season 3.

I love HOC, but Frank Underwood (Spacey) carries the show.

i checked out like 3 episodes of this show called Power cuz I saw some 50 cent commercial about it. i guess he produces it and has some cameos.

started out maybe ok but shtein was so cheesy.

the main girl is this hot latina that you can tell grew up in orange county or something. hot but the switch between valley girl accent and fake latina drove me nuts.

then the main dude, the kingpin, is even worse. maybe 25% of the show he's actually pretty good and acting tough but i could just tell he was a hipster nerd. then I IMDB'd him.

apparently he almost made the chargers which was surprising but is also an accomplished poet. i mean thats totally fine he's an actor but drug kingpin is definitely out of his wheelhouse. not a bad actor, but needs to play the nice guy. just couldn't pull it off.

the wife was pretty hot though. like a younger taraji henson she will make it big.

4/10 for lots of sex and cool drug stuff.

Started watching the Wachowski's Sense8 on Netflix. I'm five episodes in and holy shtein this is great.

first season was ok...but the minute the cast was released for this season you knew it was going to be garbage

rewatch s1, sd....it aint all that

the plot is pedestrian and the story is cliched. its all in the directing and maconohay chewing scenary. the further i get away from it the more i dislike it. i mean dont get me wrong its not bad, its just had a lot of fluff and hype.

s2 has lke igy said a weak cast....no cary farginaga.....and the critics really soured on it toward the end and as they got further away from it, too.
